Parents are the actual clients, but allow kids to choose
Coming soon: A San Francisco Nob Hill flat refresh, starting with an 11-year-old’s bedroom-and-bath color re-do. The current first choice for his bedroom is a neutral with cool gray undertones, while his bathroom will show off a tasteful dark red.
From the five bathroom color contenders (see image), the current favorite so far is Cordovan, with its majestic violet undertone. It’s both part of the Sherwin-Williams “Rewild” 2027 Color Forecast, and one of the Continuity Colors highlighted from that group.
Which option will be the winner? Large Peel’n’Stick samples of the paint colors are on the way, so a decision will be made soon.
These 12″ x 12″ paint color stickers are key to virtual color consulting. After I order them for you, wherever you live, just stick them on your wall next to each other, and watch how they change with the light throughout the day. Seeing the large samples in natural light makes deciding easy — much more fun than squinting at paint chips in a fluorescent-lit store!
Interested in a color refresh, but not sure where to start? More than ever, it makes sense to hire a Certified Color Consultant to help you get your customized palette just right.
